Whatsapp/text support from booking to birth

Scheduled phone support between meetings to talk through and support you through any worries or questions you might have

On call 10 days before guess date until birth

Attendance in labour until you and baby are settled

1 - postnatal debrief visit ( Ideally within the first 14 days after birth)

1- 30min reiki treatment (optional) Find out more about reiki

This is the core package I offer but all can be adjusted and tailored to your needs. Hypnobirthing can be added to this doula package
