The Hypnobirthing class is perfect for those that have already taken another antenatal course, have done Hypnobirthing before but need refresher, or those or are short of time or money.
The 3 hour class is held in a group via google meets, being in a group is a great way to hear answers to questions you might not of thought of and to meet other expectant parents.
